Payment Required to Confirm Appointment

Full payment is required at booking for all paid services and plans. For the Brain Health Assessment, the fee is $295. Full payment is required to confirm the appointment.

Rescheduling Policy

One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least five business days’ notice. Requests made with less notice may incur a rescheduling fee and are granted at NeuCognition’s discretion. Rescheduling does not extend the validity of any evaluation credit unless confirmed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Payments for all services are non-refundable. If an Evaluation is canceled with adequate notice, the evaluation credit may be held on file for six months from the original evaluation date and may be applied toward a future Evaluation appointment or Select Series Activation. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Late or Missed Appointments

Arriving more than twenty minutes late may result in forfeiture of the session. NeuCognition may cancel or reschedule at its discretion based on timing, operational flow, and service availability. Missed appointments are treated as late cancellations.

Eligibility Confirmation

All bookings are subject to a brief eligibility review. If a client is found clinically ineligible for NeuCognition services, a full refund will be issued for the affected booking.

Evaluation Credit

The $295 Brain Health Assessment fee is credited in full toward the client’s personalized treatment plan when the client moves forward. The credit may be applied one time and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated in writing.

Scope

This policy applies to all paid services and plans offered by NeuCognition; including Evaluations; Select Series Activations; maintenance services; and elective wellness services provided under signed consents.
